We strive to source the highest quality, local fresh or frozen food products.  BC and Canada both offer such diverse and fantastic food products, from our beautiful oceans and lakes, to our bountiful prairies and farms.

All of our seafood is sustainably and responsibly harvested.

Grandma Roe's Homemade Seafood Chowder - Gluten Free.  Frozen - 16 oz portion.  Troy's Grandma taught him this recipe when he was just a little guy.

Grandpa Roe's Fresh Smoked BC Steelhead or Sablefish, smoked right in our food truck, by our expert Troy!  Locally sourced and Gluten Free.

In-house Smoked Beef Jerky - Gluten Free.  Troy marinates the beef for 24 hours, then smokes it onsite.

Effingham Fresh, Raw Oysters - Gluten Free. Effingham Oysters are located on the west side of Vancouver Island. SOLD OUT.  Should have more inventory for the holiday season.

Grandma Roe's Homemade Seafood Chowder - Gluten Free

Troy cooks the chowder every morning, using his Grandma Roe's recipe.  This chowder is loaded with local seafood and is DELISH!

Steamed Shellfish with Garlic Butter - Gluten Free. Optional garlic bread is not gluten free.

We offer steamed BC Dungeness Crab, Atlantic Canada Scallops, or Atlantic Canada Lobster Tail, accompanied with yummy garlic butter.  Classic favourite dishes!

Troy has been smoking fish since he was a child.  He and his Grandpa Roe would smoke fish and feed his local community.
